Since opening our first operation in Scotland, our business has grown rapidly and expanded into various new territories. Our network of contact centres now spans from the UK to Romania, Turkey, Trinidad and South Africa, with teams working together to support our UK and international consumer brands.

In addition to our international network, we have a global army of customer service specialists working from home - we call them #theAteam.

For #theAteam and our clients, home working brings the opportunity to find the right talent, without location being a barrier. In addition, our global presence allows us to build scalable, omnichannel solutions for our customers, regardless of location.
