What We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for average—we’re looking for a data-driven, target-obsessed Sales Manager who knows how to turn insight into revenue.

If you thrive on numbers, conversion rates, campaign performance, and hitting targets, and you know how to build a team that consistently outperforms, this is your role.

You’ll lead a high-volume outbound B2B sales operation, owning not just people—but performance, data, and campaign success.

What To Expect

In this role, you’ll drive sales performance, optimise funnel efficiency, enhance campaign effectiveness, and leverage data to guide decision-making within a dynamic environment.

We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, commercially astute, and committed to ongoing improvement.

Our typical shift pattern involves: 40 hours within the week, Shifts covering Monday to Friday 10:00am to 19:00pm rotational basis (SA time).

Please note. This position is based at our site in Gardens, Cape Town.

Your role can include, but isn’t limited to:

  • Deliver and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets


Own core KPIs:

    • Conversion rates
    • Revenue per agent
    • Pipeline creation and performance
    • Dial-to-sale ratio
    • Lead penetration and contact rates
    • Cost per acquisition (CPA)


Own the Data. Lead with Insight.

  • Use real-time MI and reporting to track performance minute-by-minute
  • Analyse trends across:
    • Agent performance
    • Campaign performance
    • Lead sources and data quality
    • Identify performance gaps quickly and implement immediate corrective actions
    • Turn insight into action: no reporting without accountability


Maximise Campaign Performance

  • Take full ownership of outbound campaigns from launch to optimisation
  • Continuously improve:
    • Targeting and segmentation
    • Prospect lists and data quality
    • Dial strategies and contact windows
    • Scripts, pitches, and objection handling
    • Motivation, drive and incentivisation
  • Work closely with data and commercial teams to ensure high-quality, high-converting lead pipelines
  • Test, learn, and iterate—always pushing for higher ROI


Build a High-Intensity Sales Culture

  • Create a competitive, performance-led environment driven by results
  • Use leaderboards, incentives, and live metrics to drive urgency and focus
  • Push your team to deliver daily performance visibility and accountability


Lead, Coach, and Challenge

  • Drive performance through structured coaching based on data and outcomes
  • Hold your team accountable for activity, conversion, and revenue
  • Act decisively on underperformance—improve it or remove it


Operational & Dial Strategy Excellence

  • Ensure optimal use of:
    • Dial systems
    • CRM tools
    • Data allocation across teams
    • Manage call volumes, contact strategies, and pacing to maximise output
    • Align resources to campaign priorities to drive maximum return


Execute at Speed

  • Rapidly implement new campaigns, strategies, and process improvements
  • Remove blockers and maintain relentless momentum
  • Balance short-term wins with long-term campaign performance gains

About You

  • Minimum 5 -10 years’ experience in Outbound B2B sales as Mid to Senior management in a contact centre
  • Demonstrated success delivering against aggressive revenue targets
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and sales funnels simultaneously
  • Highly confident using in Performance dashboards, Sales MI and reporting and CRM and dialler data
  • Strong ability to interpret data and turn it into commercial outcomes
  • Experience managing campaign performance, segmentation, and lead strategy
  • Competitive, relentless, and results-driven
  • Obsessed with hitting targets and improving performance
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
