We’re not looking for average—we’re looking for a data-driven, target-obsessed Sales Manager who knows how to turn insight into revenue.
If you thrive on numbers, conversion rates, campaign performance, and hitting targets, and you know how to build a team that consistently outperforms, this is your role.
You’ll lead a high-volume outbound B2B sales operation, owning not just people—but performance, data, and campaign success.
In this role, you’ll drive sales performance, optimise funnel efficiency, enhance campaign effectiveness, and leverage data to guide decision-making within a dynamic environment.
We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, commercially astute, and committed to ongoing improvement.
Our typical shift pattern involves: 40 hours within the week, Shifts covering Monday to Friday 10:00am to 19:00pm rotational basis (SA time).
