Our Founders' Story

In 2013, our Co-Founders John and Dermot started Ascensos with a shared vision, to bring a fresh approach to providing world-class customer care.

They believed in changing the rules to offer a different approach; a better approach, focused on doing the right thing for our colleagues, our clients and their customers.

Ascensos is built on the belief that not all contact centres need be the same. We don’t take the same ‘cookie-cutter’ approach as the industrial scale multi-national corporations. We aren’t burdened by bureaucracy. And we don’t have extended chains-of-command.

Our European Leadership Team is formed primarily from the Leadership Team of beCogent Ltd, an award-winning multi-channel contact centre specialist which had an enviable reputation for excellence, innovation and colleague engagement.

And it’s this outstanding track record which inspired our founders to reignite their passion for delivering world-class customer service for our clients.

For us it’s all about loving what you do. Delivering with a ‘personal touch’ is truly important to everyone at Ascensos.
