Are you ready to take your leadership skills to the next level? We’re on the hunt for talented Team Leaders to join our UK Telecommunication client (Inbound Sales) and help us push the boundaries.

What To Expect

You’ll be responsible for leading the performance of a team of Inbound sales agents. We will provide the industry leading training and environment that will equip you with the necessary skills, knowledge and qualitative approach to deliver, in all that you do.

All that we ask in return is that you always strive to do your best, that you immerse yourself in our client’s brand and most importantly you are always honest, open and transparent with our customers.

Our typical shift pattern involves: 40 hours within the week, 8am-8pm Monday - Sunday, on a rotational basis (UK-time).

Please note. This position is based at our site at 78 Roeland Street, Gardens, Cape Town.

As part of #theAteam, you’ll receive full training and support to be the voice of our client’s brand. So, there’s no room for average.

Your role can include, but isn’t limited to:

  • Responsible for the ongoing coaching & development of all team members, ensuring that everyone is equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed.
  • Driving a sales culture.
  • Motivating agents and teams to thrive to hit and overachieve targets.
  • Continually look to improve customer satisfaction and minimise customer dissatisfaction
  • Immerse and engage your team in both the vision and values of your associated Client’s brand.
  • Maintain healthy staff retention rates through effective management and ongoing team member development, whilst creating an environment that rewards, recognises and encourages success at every level.
  • Leading great attendance and retention of staff.
  • Adhere to all quality procedures and associated time frames.
  • Maintain effective relationships and key stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of services.

About You

We think big and we’re looking for team members who think bigger, achieve more, and work smarter. Full training will be provided, but we want to hear from you if you have the following skills!

  • Minimum of one year’s relevant supervisory experience in the Inbound Sales contact centre environment (preferable UK/US contact centre).
  • Previous experience of providing the effective planning, organisation and development of a team.
  • Experience of delivering individual/group coaching to improve professionalism and overall metrics.
  • Motivate, develop, coach, train, induct employees to set performance standards, recognise achievement and deal with performance issues.
  • Act as a mentor and coach the team.
  • Sales background (Inbound / Outbound).
  • Manage the quantity and quality of the team’s work.
  • Manage all team activities.
