Work schedule: 40 hours per week/8 hours per day + 1 hour of break
Day schedule: Monday-Friday 10 - 7 PM
Length of training: 10 days (paid)
The Job is fully remote anywhere in Romania with a single day in Bucharest to pick-up the work equipment.
SALLARY: 8000 RON NET
Start date: June 3rd
Your role can include, but isn’t limited to:
Resolving client’s requests via inbound & outbound calls (mostly), chats, emails and social-media
Providing solutions regarding order & delivery, billing &payment, warranty issues
At the same time, you will help customers with order support, and technical support - troubleshooting steps, noises of the products, send spare parts, etc.
Ensuring аll communication is handled professionally and promptly
Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered
Building rapport with customers and providing exceptional service

Graduated High School or University
SWEDISH Language Level at least B2+/C1
AND Native level/fluency in English C1 both verbal and written.
Experience of 6-8 months in BPO/call centre environment
Positive attitude & excited to discover new CX approaches;
Excellent Communication and customer focus (both verbal and written)
Great team spirit but the ability to also be independent, like every superhero should.
Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail.
Sales background and experience will represent an advantage.
