Powering Customer Success: Our Partnership with SharkNinja in Action

At Ascensos, we pride ourselves on being more than just a service provider - we are a true partner to our clients, working hand-in-hand to create impactful customer experiences. 

Recently, two of our Customer Care Advisors, Afeyia Cudjoe and Cory Joseph, from Ascensos Trinidad, had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with our client, SharkNinja, at their headquarters in Boston for a landmark event that truly showcased the power of partnership!

A Glimpse Into the Event

In a first-of-its-kind event, leaders from across the SharkNinja business were welcomed to both listen live and, in some cases, actively participate in handling live consumer issues while sitting with experienced frontline advocates!

Afeyia showcased her exceptional customer service skills to Neil Shah, Chief Commercial Officer at SharkNinja, while Cory delighted Anthony Marra, EVP of Global Product Development, with his extensive product knowledge. 

This unique 4-day event highlights the power of collaboration as our team works hand-in-hand with SharkNinja to enhance customer experiences and support them in driving their business forward.

What We Achieved Together

Engaged Listening Sessions: CX frontline agents facilitated 18 listening sessions with SharkNinja’s executive leadership team over four days. Their deep knowledge and exceptional customer service skills shone through as they worked closely with leaders across various segments of the company, providing real-time insights into customer interactions.

Collaborative Feedback: In addition to the one-on-one sessions, there were also two large group feedback sessions with SharkNinja’s product development team. These sessions were crucial in aligning the product development process with real customer needs and feedback, driving innovation and improvement.

Global Advocate Participation: This event was a first-of-its-kind, bringing together frontline customer experience advocates from across the globe to SharkNinja’s Boston HQ. Our team was at the forefront, leading by example and setting the stage for others to follow.

Executive Engagement: SharkNinja’s executive leadership didn’t just listen—they actively participated in handling live consumer issues alongside our experienced frontline advocates.
