Happy colleagues create happy customers but in today's tech-enabled world, the way in which we establish a culture of support for the well-being and happiness of our staff, especially post-pandemic, regardless of background or personal situation, are more complex, requiring a breadth and depth of comprehensive culture initiatives, including a proactive and demonstrable diversity and inclusion programme, that are led from the top and communicated across the every level of the Ascensos business.
