Are you ready to take your leadership skills to the next level? We’re on the hunt for talented Outbound B2B Sales Team Leader to join our fastest growing water retail company in the UK, with a focus on SME businesses

If you’re a sales performance driver with a passion for leadership and campaign manager, we want to hear from you.

What To Expect

You’ll be responsible for leading the sales performance of a team of Outbound b2b sales agents. We will provide the industry leading training and environment that will equip you with the necessary skills, knowledge and qualitative approach to delivery, in all that you do.

All that we ask in return is that you always strive to do your best, which you immerse yourself in our client’s brand and most importantly you are always honest, open and transparent with our customers.

Our typical shift pattern involves: 40 hours within the week. Shifts covering Monday to Friday 10:00am to 19:00pm rotational basis (SA time)

Please note. This position is based at our site in Gardens, Cape Town.

Your role can include, but isn’t limited to:

You can expect to:

  • be responsible for driving optimal performance through strong leadership, clear communication and operational excellence.  
  • implement continuous improvements and ensure that their team is exceeding contractual KPIs and quality standards.
  • have input into strategy and will execute strategic change. 
  • deal with escalated enquiries from customers and stakeholders from all areas within the business, and deal with personnel and disciplinary issues within the team for which they are responsible.
  • lead and develop the team to ensure consistency in performance, stability and succession planning. They will foster a culture of accountability and transparency.

  • A minimum of two years’ Team Leader outbound sales experience.
  • Takes responsibility for managing own performance and strives for personal improvemen.t
