What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for full-time Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Motherwell, supporting a fast-paced campaign at the forefront of the cosmetics and skincare industry.

You’ll need to be fully flexible across weekdays and weekends, and ready to complete a week of comprehensive training to get you up to speed.

What To Expect

In this role, you’ll be responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information on a wide range of cosmetic and skincare products, and resolving any issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy.

You’ll be key to delivering an exceptional customer experience, acting as a knowledgeable and approachable point of contact.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, build relationships, and contribute to the success of the brand, providing an ultimate destination for beauty.

Working closely with your teammates, you’ll ensure every customer interaction is seamless, and that all records are updated accurately.

Staying up to date with product knowledge and industry developments will also be a core part of your day-to-day, allowing you to offer informed, personalised support.

Our typical shift pattern involves: 40 hours per week, fully flexible: Monday to Friday; 9am-6pm, Saturday to Sunday; 8.30am-5pm.

Training Schedule: 1 week. Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Salary: £25,708 p/a.

Please note. This is a temporary position based at our site in Motherwell.

You’ll work in a supportive, team-focused environment where your personality and passion for helping others will truly shine. 

Your role can include, but isn’t limited to:

  • Handling incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.

  • Providing accurate and timely information regarding our client's products, services, and policies.

  • Resolving customer enquiries, complaints, and issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborating with team members to deliver seamless customer experiences.

  • Staying up-to-date on the brands products and industry developments to ensure informed customer interactions.

About You

You’ll have previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a contact centre environment and be confident communicating across phone and email.

Your active listening skills, clear communication style, and ability to multitask will help you manage customer queries efficiently while maintaining a positive, helpful approach.

You’ll also be tech-savvy, comfortable using service platforms and email systems, and passionate about delivering high-quality support.

Above all, you’ll bring energy, adaptability, and a genuine desire to uphold the brand’s values through excellent customer care

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment.

  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and clear, concise verbal and written communication.

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple customer inquiries effectively.

  • Proficiency in using customer service software, email systems, and databases.

  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to change.

  • Commitment to upholding the brands values of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-centric service.
