What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for motivated sales professionals with a proven track record in outbound sales, ideally within a B2B environment.

You’ll need to be confident managing multiple accounts, proactive in your approach, and able to communicate effectively with everyone from Sales Executives to Managing Directors.

If you’ve got excellent verbal and written communication skills, a natural ability to build relationships, and a results-driven mindset, we’d love to hear from you.

Experience in the automotive or tech sectors is a bonus, but not essential; what matters most is your enthusiasm, self-motivation, and ability to deliver strong outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

What To Expect

In this inside sales role, you’ll be focused on growing and managing a dynamic portfolio of dealer accounts.

You’ll be driving adoption and engagement with our client’s platform, promoting a stack of innovative products to existing partners and helping them unlock the full value of the service.

With no cold calling involved, your role is all about building trusted relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to the continued success of a fast-growing and forward-thinking campaign.

You’ll also have the chance to take ownership of projects, collaborate with internal teams, and play a key role in shaping the future of the dealer engagement strategy — all while being part of a supportive, energetic team.

Our typical shift pattern involves: 40 hours per week, fully flexible Monday to Sunday; between 8am-8pm.

Start Date: 18th August 2025

You’ll work in a supportive, team-focused environment where your personality and passion for helping others will truly shine. 

Your role can include, but isn’t limited to:

  • Drive adoption and engagement of dealerships with the campaign platform.
  • Promote and sell product stack to dealer partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships.
  • Manage a dynamic portfolio of dealer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of dealers to engage.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless dealer and seller experiences.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Support additional business projects as needed.

About You

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Self-motivated and results-driven, you have a proven track record in sales and the confidence to effectively communicate the value of products to a wide range of stakeholders.

You’re also a true team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve shared goals and drive success.

We think big and we’re looking for team members who think bigger, achieve more and work smarter. Full client training will be provided, but we want to hear from you if you have the following skills!

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Great telephone manner & capacity to talk engagingly to different types of buyers from Sales Executives to Managing Directors.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
  • Experience in the automotive or technology industry is a plus but not essential.
