What We’re Looking For

Everflow is a high-growth, multi-utility provider supporting SME businesses across the UK with simple, reliable energy and water solutions. As part of this exciting campaign, we’re looking for confident and driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you’ll bring energy, resilience, and a natural ability to connect with people. If you enjoy starting conversations, building rapport quickly, and turning opportunities into results, this role is for you.

What To Expect

You’ll join a dynamic and supportive team where performance and personality go hand in hand. Through outbound calls, you’ll introduce Everflow’s utility solutions to SME customers, engaging them in a positive, professional way and identifying opportunities to secure new business.

You’ll receive two weeks of structured training, along with access to tools, resources, and ongoing support to help you succeed. This is a rewarding role where your effort directly impacts your earnings, with strong bonus potential, regular incentives, and recognition for great performance.

Our typical shift pattern involves: 40 hours within the week. Shifts covering Monday to Friday 10:00am to 19:00pm on a rotational basis (SA time).

Please note. This position is based at our site in Gardens, Cape Town.

Your role can include, but isn’t limited to:

Your role is varied and customer-focused, giving you full ownership of each interaction from start to finish. You’ll be equipped with the tools and support needed to resolve queries confidently and deliver a seamless experience every time.

You can expect to:

  • Contact potential clients via telephone to generate leads, nurture the customer and close the deal.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads to help drive growth for the company.
  • Nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities to cross sell our services.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified cross sell leads for our other services.
  • Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends to inform lead generation strategies.
  • Strive to exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and secured customer contracted targets.
  • Ability to switch tasks easily.

Our ideal candidate?

  • Outbound sales experience (minimum 18months) contact centre based.
  • Target-driven, with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • The ability to stay self-motivated in a competitive environment.
  • A passion for people and providing them with the best products & services.
  • The ability to read your customer and really understand their needs.
  • Be tenacious, adaptable, and resilient.
  • The ability to turn a negative into a positive sale.
  • Exhibit proper communication skills and formation of language while answering customer queries.
  • Exhibits politeness and promptness while influencing and convincing customers regarding a plan, product and services related to a product.
  • Must be well informed about our products and plans in order to pitch it in front of customers and convincing them to actually buy it.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and adheres to security and compliance norms laid out.
  • Negotiation skills / sales / upselling can be a part of the role.
