When I joined Ascensos as a Customer Service Advisor, I brought 7 years operational experience to the role; having previously delivered customer care within escalation teams and on-behalf of several high-end fashion brands.

As a graduate in Foreign Languages and Human Resource Management, it felt like a natural career path to offer my support to evaluate the level of language proficiency of our multi-lingual job applicants. This 200-seat capacity operation is situated in an extremely accessible city centre location, set up to accommodate a dedicated client environment and a bespoke inbound bureau service. We have the capability to provide support in over 10 languages and the expertise required to meet seasonal demand and manage complex projects for multi-lingual customer support.

“I joined as an Italian Product Specialist on a very technical project, back in 2012. And more recently, I jumped at the opportunity to lead our gaming campaign as a Team Manager.

My team is a fantastic group of people to work with. We deliver customer support through various channels such as; email, live chat and social media, with elements of back office support and sales.

Passion, a high level of professionalism and great communication is key at Ascensos, with our colleagues, our clients and their customers. Especially during the peak season when my team triples in size. It’s a challenge that I very much enjoy.

My young son loves that we have a great excuse to play computer games together. I call it research! I was proud to win ‘Client Champion of the Year’ for my team at this years’ company awards party in the UK and was excited to get the opportunity to travel and celebrate with the rest of #theAteam.”
