Philip Moran

International Business Consultant

Philip has more than 30 years experience in contact centre CX-outsourcing. As Managing Director of Procat International Ltd, he has led many successful customer service projects across various industries.

A Scottish ex-pat, who relocated to Turkey 5 years ago, Philip provides local support to our international clients from our central Istanbul operation.

His previous experience working for technology companies, such as Aspect, Nortel, NewVoiceMedia and IT Sonix, has proven him a trusted advisor when consulting on enterprise technology solutions.

Since our expansion into Turkey in August 2020, Philip has been fundamental in ensuring our strong team culture resonates well with our new multi-cultural teammates in Istanbul. And he takes great pride in personally welcoming them to #theAteam.
