PPL PRS is a joint venture between PPL and PRS for Music, dedicated to providing the best music licensing experience in the world. PPL PRS are a diverse, vibrant, and collaborative company that aims to give back to Musicians & Artists. They also love to make sure singer-songwriters, composers and performers are fairly rewarded for their hard work.
In your role you will be responsible for connecting with new customers, talking to them about TheMusicLicence and booking a Sales call with the New Business team. In some cases, will be the first point of contact for customers and TheMusicLicence where you will start the relationship between PPL PRS and the customer.
You will connect with customers not using music and will sell the benefits of music and how TheMusicLicence can add value to their business. On other occasions, you will connect with customers currently using music and will educate them on the need for TheMusicLicence.
You will be the bridge between the customer and the new business team and ensure that a smooth handover is delivered when turning leads into opportunities.
As part of #theAteam, you’ll receive full training and support to be the voice of our client’s brand. So, there’s no room for average.
Key to delivering a world-class customer experience means relating to customers and being a great listener, with the ability to demonstrate empathy as you understand and proactively work to resolve any issues they experience both pre-and post-purchase.
The typical shift pattern for this role is: 10am to 6pm.
