We are seeking an HR Administrator to join #theAteam. Our ideal candidate? An experienced, organised and detail-driven individual who will provide robust administration support to the HR Team.

What To Expect

Your role can include, but isn’t limited to:

  • Being a point of contact for HR and People related queries
  • Preparing HR related documentation, such as updates to contracts of employment, disciplinary invites, or medical report consent requests
  • Participating in HR projects (e.g., TUPE/Redundancy)
  • Ensuring the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  • Minute taking during HR meetings e.g., at disciplinary hearings.
  • Shadowing and assisting our HR business partners
  • Managing the reference inbox.
  • Preparing of HR Data.

About You

We believe that happy people keep people happy, so we’re looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and management alike, as you will be supporting a range of wonderfully diverse colleagues.

We think big and we’re looking for team members who think bigger, achieve more, and work smarter. We want to hear from you if you have the following skills:

  • A basic understanding of HR and employment law – it would be particularly beneficial to have previous TUPE or Redundancy process experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Effective decision-making skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workload to meet departmental and organisational deadlines.
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and report on a range of information.
  • Tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong administration skills especially attention to detail.
  • The ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality in all aspects of work and be trusted with sensitive information.
