We’re looking for candidates who are native or near-native speakers (C1 or C2 level) of both French and German as well as English to join our Data Management team in Bucharest.
If you're interested in gaining experience representing a fantastic brand - are skilled in translation, and have an interest in training, with excellent time management skills- this could be the role for you.
We are looking for a Technical Back-Office Agent to train our chat application to provide customers with efficient and informative responses.
Within this role, you will be responsible for preparing and translating templated responses into French and German to ensure customer enquiries are met with the best possible answers.
You'll join some amazing colleagues to form a fantastic dynamic team who use their remarkable knowledge to provide an efficient data management service. It's all about being a naturally analytical, respectful and helpful person who's a bundle of enthusiasm and positivity.
And no need to worry if you don't have lots of experience, we have thе best training program ready for you.
Our typical shift pattern involves: 40 hours within the week across two shift patterns; Monday–Friday between 8 am to 5 pm; and 9 am to 6 pm.
Please note. The first 5 days of training will take place in the office, at our site in Bucharest. After which this will be a remote, home-based role.
Due to the global situation, our job opportunities are currently temporarily remote, however, we expect to resume activity onsite at our office in Bucharest in the near future.
As a Technical Back-Office Agent you will be responsible for the accuracy of the replies provided by our chat bot. You will face new challenges and situations every day, so you must be solution oriented, creative, have a positive mindset and able to work under pressure.
