As a Data Management Specialist with Ascensos, you will work within a fully supported environment, where you can demonstrate your commitment to providing outstanding service through your skills and personality.

We’re looking for candidates who are native or near-native speakers (C1 or C2 level) of French/Italian (with English) to join our Data Management team in Bucharest.

What To Expect

If you have a passion for translations and back-office activities, are great with organising your workload, and want to gain experience representing a fantastic, intelligent home product brand, this could be your role.

You’ll receive full training in all areas. It’s all about being a naturally friendly, respectful and helpful person who’s a bundle of enthusiasm and positivity.

You will provide administrative support and translate technical product manuals, post articles and product information on the company’s website.

You’ll join some amazing colleagues to form a dynamic team who use their remarkable knowledge to deliver an efficient data management service.

And no need to worry if you don’t have lots of experience, we have thе best training program ready for you.

Our typical shift pattern involves: 40 hours within the week. Monday–Friday between 9am and 6pm.

The first day of activity will take place in the office, at our site in Bucharest. After which the training will continue at our client office, in Bucharest

Please note. Due to the global situation, our job opportunities are currently temporarily remote, however, we expect to resume activity onsite at our office in Bucharest in the near future.

The Data Management specialist will be responsible for maintaining the catalogue data. Ensuring consistency across platforms will be essential as we manage a migration project to a new platform, which will involve working closely with the product marketing teams, catalogue manager and sales organisations to ensure accurate, timely data updates.

You will face new challenges and situations every day, so you must be solution-oriented, creative, have a positive mindset and able to work under pressure.

Your role can include, but isn’t limited to:

  • Support international customers with requested product data.
  • Support / maintain a global product data platform.
  • Improve data quality aligned with the data quality guidelines.
  • Processing Excel files and verifying data.
  • Import and maintain product data within the information platform.
  • Run all the necessary reports for data fill into the product information platform.
  • Verifying and solving system errors.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc requirements from the developer.
  • Import pdf files in the system and correct errors.

  • English language: advanced level
  • French/Italian language: advanced level.
  • Proficient (advanced/intermediate level) user of Excel.
  • Well versed in Salesforce, Outlook, Teams (intermediate level).
  • Experience using Adobe PRO, Adobe Photoshop applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Solution-oriented.
  • Team player, enjoying helping others
  • Good communication skills
  • Organized and used to working with close deadlines
  • Eager to learn new things in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable and creative.
