You’ll join some amazing colleagues to form a great dynamic team, who use their remarkable customer service skills, to provide customers with exceptional brand and product knowledge, efficient service and a friendly attitude.

Our typical shift pattern involves: 40 hours within the week across 4 shift patterns – 07:00-16:00; 15:00-00:00; 19:00-03:00 and 23:00–07:00 local time.

Key to delivering a world-class customer experience means relating to customers and being a great listener, with the ability to demonstrate empathy as you understand and proactively work to resolve any issues they experience both pre-and post-purchase.
Responsible for the day-to-day operational liaison with our customer services hub. You’ll gain exceptional knowledge of the brand and service within each city they operate.
Quick thinking and top communication skills will be critical to your success. You’ll have no problem stepping in and delivering or arranging (in collaboration with in-city teams) ‘service recovery’ that will make a massive difference to the customer experience.
Through appropriate, regular, and creative communications, you’ll inform the hub of any daily and unexpected operational changes, updates, and sales tools they need to do their job properly.
You’ll also update the business on the ‘voice of the customer’, delivering actionable customer insights to in-city teams to drive down customer effort and increase customer satisfaction.
