We’re looking for a client-focused savvy Brand Ambassador with previous experience as a subject matter expert to maintain communication between our client and their team of Ascensos customer service specialists.
Our client is the world’s largest American diversified company. It’s a Fortune 500 company and among the largest of its kind on the list. The company manufactures and markets an impressive collection of home appliances for kitchens, gardens, self-care and pet care products.
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent our client in everything you do as you work to ensure that our Customer Service Team deliver a world-class service to their customers.
As part of our team, you’ll proactively identify process opportunities and be quick to recommend areas of improvement, reinforcing best practices at all times. And you’ll become a valued extension of our clients’ in-house team as you manage escalations, compile reports and present updates directly to them on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
This is a crucial role where you will be both the voice of our client and your colleagues as you deliver brand-related training, gain feedback from all stakeholders, and ensure both parties are aligned to our clients’ brand requirements and tone of voice.
You’ll join some amazing colleagues to form a tremendously dynamic team who use their remarkable customer service skills to deliver exceptional brand and product knowledge as they provide customers with a professional, efficient and friendly service.
