Based in our Cape Town office, you will embody the Ann Summers values and drive their mission to provide expert knowledge and maintain trusted relationships.
Due to the product Ann Summers sells, you should be comfortable in discussing queries of an adult nature, presenting a confident communication style. (For more info check out Ann Summers - designed to make everyone feel good and their Pleasure Positivity Project on Instagram).
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving issues related to Ann Summers' products. You will engage with customers through various channels, offering expert advice and guidance to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Your role will also involve staying updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers, all while embodying the brand’s values and fostering a welcoming environment.
You’ll receive full training in all areas. It’s all about being a naturally friendly, respectful, and helpful person who’s a bundle of enthusiasm and positivity. And if you’re skilled in the art of conversation, then using your personality to build rapport and delight our customers will be second nature.
As part of #theAteam, you’ll receive full training and support to be the voice of our client’s brand. But no need to worry if you don’t have lots of experience, we have the best training program ready for you.
Our typical shift pattern involves: 40 hours within the week Monday to Friday; 10am-7pm and Saturday and Sunday between the hours of; 11am and 6pm, on a rotational basis (to service UK-time zone).
