Due to new business developments and the increasing requirement to provide our clients with new solutions, we are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join the Client Solutions team.

What to expect

As a Project Co-ordinator, you will support the project managers and other colleagues in the delivery of projects to grow, develop and improve our services to clients. You will support multiple short-term projects and also longer-term development plans. The role will involve working with all areas of the business and co-ordinating the efforts of team members and client contacts.

You will be an ambassador for Ascensos, therefore ensuring an exemplary service is provided at all times is integral.

As a Project Co-ordinator, your main duties will include:

  • Supporting the Project Managers to deliver projects
  • Communicating progress and issues internally and with clients
  • Act as a contact point for clients
  • Work with Ascensos colleagues to ensure project tasks are completed on time or escalated appropriately
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Analyse and document business processes Supporting colleagues to deliver the day to day operation where required


To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:

· Great interpersonal and communication skills

· Excellent skills in Microsoft Office

· Adaptability and not be fazed by change or our fast pace
