What we’re looking for


We have an exciting opportunity for talented Sales Advisors who love to sell and have experience working in a similar role to join #theAteam in our state-of-the-art contact centre in Cowes. You will be converting warm leads for kitchens and bathrooms. So, if you are driven, enthusiastic and have a proven track record in sales and great customer service, we want to hear from you!

What to expect


Your role can include:

  • Recording and qualifying warm sales leads and enquiries from any channel, including written, telephone, web and social media, within the agreed timescales, to the highest standards.
  • Accurately and comprehensively update customer management systems to record all relevant information.
  • Arrange appointments on behalf of a designer, allowing sufficient time for travel, planning and presenting.
  • Able to make recommendations and agree solutions which meet customers’ needs and are in line with the client’s customer strategy.
  • Operating different computer systems whilst speaking with customers
  • Ensuring customers’ journeys are always brilliant
  • To own, manage and complete all work-related activity, within company service levels and guidelines
