Your role can include:
- Solving client’s requests via phone/ e-mail/ chat/ in a friendly and professional way
- Providing solutions regarding order and delivery issues for fashion brands
- Ensuring all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch
- Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered making them promoters of the brand
- Great team spirit but the ability to also be independent, like every superhero should
- Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail
- Positive attitude & excited to discover new CX approaches
- Building a special connection with customers and providing exceptional service
You

- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred
- Available to work for 2 months determined contract
- French/German language- Advanced level
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer support/customer care/client oriented jobs
- Client Oriented mindset
- Problem solving skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or High School diploma
- Ability to work in shifts (Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00; 11:00-20:00)
