We’re looking for client-oriented candidates who are native or near-native English speakers (C1 or C2 level) to join our Elite Customer Support team! Experience in the field is a plus.

You’ll be learning from the best while working on one of the most innovative projects to deliver excellent customer experience for our world-leading client in home-fitness industry. Your role can include:

  • Solving client’s requests via phone and e-mail in a friendly way
  • Ensuring all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch
  • Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered making them promoters of the brand
  • Great team spirit but the ability to also be independent, like every superhero should
  • Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail
  • Positive attitude & excited to discover new CX approaches
  • Building a special connection with customers and providing exceptional service

You
                         

We think big and we’re looking for team members who think bigger, achieve more and work smarter. If you have the following skills, then we want to hear from you!

  • Experience in customer support or call centre
  • Experience in handling inbound calls
  • Advanced abilities of English (B2) both verbal and written
  • Availability to work in shifts (11:00-20:00; 12:00-21:00)
  • Availability to currently work from home and availability to work at the office based in Bucharest, in the future
  • You enjoy working with customers- Excellent customer focus (both verbal and written)
  • Positive attitude & excited to discover new CX approaches
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are passionate about fitness (preferred)
  • Great team spirit but thе ability to also be independent, like every superhero should
  • Problem solving oriented, desire to investigative and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail
  • Basic IT skills, including using multiple operating systems
