We are currently looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager with relevant experience, preferably within a contact centre environment / BPO background, with a firm grasp of related technologies.
Building strong client relationships is key to our success. And that begins with you.
You’ll own and develop our presence within international markets. Therefore, it’s key that you have a proven track record of value-based sales combined with knowledge of contact centre management technologies and potential future business growth opportunities.
Our ideal candidate for this role will be a great influencer who will motivate and compel prospects to want to connect. You’ll be a fast learner with the commercial acumen to transition between your prospects’ challenges and our company’s value proposition.
The Business Development role is a client-facing, new business role responsible for growing sales and establishing partnerships through our contact centre CX-solutions’ value-based sale.
Ideally based in Romania, with full responsibility for our international territory, you will proactively research the market to identify and engage with key prospects as you work to create new business opportunities within the retail sector.
