We are living in very strange times. Coronavirus (COVID-19) is affecting all of our lives including the ways in which we work.
At Ascensos we know we are all in this together and from the outset of the current crisis our number one priority has and remains to be the health, safety and well-being of all of our colleagues.
We are also committed to delivering continuity of business to our clients, many of whom are providing essential services to their customers at this challenging time.
Our preparations commenced at the end of February across all our European locations and within a matter of weeks we had mobilised over 800 of our colleagues to continue to work from home.
At the beginning of May we had enabled home working capability for over 1,000 colleagues and reduced our office occupancy to very minimum levels of less than 10% of our normal capacity for those people within our teams who are unable to work from home.
With the phased relaxation of lockdown rules across Europe we are now making appropriate plans for the controlled introduction of further office-based activities while always prioritising the health, safety and well-being of our employees and ensuring that we comply with all relevant government guidelines including the following:
